Marks Paneth LLP is a leading regional professional services firm with more than 650 people, including over 85 partners and principals. We offer a wide range of accounting, auditing, tax, consulting, restructuring, bankruptcy and financial advisory services to domestic and international clients.

Our firm is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). The firm’s latest inspection report from the PCAOB for 2014 had no adverse findings, which is the best possible result. In addition in the firm’s latest peer review report, for the year ended June 30, 2014, Marks Paneth received a “pass” (an unqualified, or clean, report), which is the highest rating possible.

Marks Paneth, whose origins date back to 1907, has a long history of providing attentive and responsive client service. Client satisfaction and retention are reflected in our industry rankings.  Marks Paneth is the 34th largest accounting firm in the nation and the 8th largest in the Mid-Atlantic region (Accounting Today). In addition, our specialist resources have been recognized by both the New York Law Journal and Acquisition International magazine.

Marks Paneth has been ranked among the top three providers of forensic accounting services in the New York metropolitan area by readers of the New York Law Journal (NYLJ). Marks Paneth is the only firm to be voted among the top three in this category for all six years since the NYLJ’s 2010 inaugural Reader Rankings survey.

The firm also received Acquisition International (AI) magazine’s 2013 Legal Award for Sustained Excellence for Services to High-Net-Worth Individuals – USA. AI’s Legal Awards “identify and honor success, innovation and ethics across international legal and business communities.” The awards “commend those most deserving for outstanding work over the last 12 months.” Award nominations are made by both clients and peers in more than 115 countries.

• Marks Paneth Fund Administration LLC - Marks Paneth Fund Administration LLC supports fund managers and facilitates compliance with the appropriate regulatory, financial and tax reporting requirements. Marks Paneth Fund Administration LLC provides a broad range of services to funds including creating journal entries, maintaining and reconciling ledgers and subledgers as well as generating reports.  Additionally, Marks Paneth Fund Administration LLC assists with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Marks Paneth Fund Administration LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Marks Paneth.
